The Founder
Brian Summers
Brian Summers is a Jacksonville-based private investor and the founder of The Summers Organization — a private family enterprise spanning real estate, agriculture, and lending. The Summers Real Estate is the residential real estate arm of that organization.
Brian began building the multifamily platform after thirty years operating businesses and investing in real estate directly. The premise was straightforward: conservative capital, long time horizons, and institutional operating standards applied at the private family office scale.
